Accurate analytics - e.g. web traffic data, number of downloads etc - do not exist for GISMO, but here is what we do know:

• The Waveform Suite is the core component of GISMO and has long been available from a variety of sites. Analytics from just one of those sites show that The Waveform Suite has been viewed by over 11,000 users from 2009-2015.

• GISMO is linked to from various websites. Just one of those websites suggests that GISMO has been viewed over 9700 users from 2009-2015.

• When it was on Google Code, the GISMO zip file was downloaded 1713 times. That does not include svn checkouts. Source: https://code.google.com/p/gismotools/downloads/list

• In terms of development activity, most of the development came in 2011/2012 and in 2015.

• The GISMO mailing list has had the following number of new members by year (duplicates removed):

  2009 - 26
  2010 - 35
  2011 - 44
  2012 - 69

  2014 - 19
  2015 - 41
  

254 total historic users on mail list, of whom 168 currently receive emails.
