New pygeoapi branches for collab and should are not PR and are for new developments:

coverages: implements OGC API - Coverages using rasterio and xarray backends
gen-catalog: implements OGC API - Records by generating catalogue of resources resident in config
manager: implements OGC API - Processing manager functionality (for async and job management)
stac: basic STAC implementation
OSGeo incubation should be in scope after docs are hardened

have an issue sweep on 2020-01-17 at 13h UTC
have a first pass docs sprint on 2020-01-17 after issue sweep
strong support to move to GDAL3 since we have more and more implementation on RPM distros
once we have CITE demo up and running, and it works against CITE beta, then we can cut 0.7
pygeoapi has been registered under OSGeo on OGC portal, some issues still pending
request for OSGeo Community Project funding
to do stickers for FOSS4G-E and FOSS4 in Calgary
