2024 reimbursement requests

2025 budget request

We missed the deadline and there were no default budgets. OSGeo budget is 0 this year, unless we make a specific request (code sprint?)

3.13.x issues if any

3.13 going well. 3.14 is next (just saying). tchaddad has Mobile projects going well. Perhaps some PRs coming back.

Follow up on future directions conversations

Some GM4 funding is coming in this year. Have even gotten GM4 PR! Looking at Astro publishing step.
