DATES: We tried to narrow dates: week of Oct 7th is out for duck, so checking remaining october and early november with the venue availability in MN. Weeks are dropping due to elections, holidays, etc

we gradually converged on the second half of the week of Oct 28th, so theduckylittle will try to confirm the venue he has access to next week. If that doesn't work out the followng week is the backup option.
