The cluster model and dunbars number of 150 people is a good natural model for how to manage human resources which in turn manages the physical islands ecosystem.

They've successfully done a 2 year pilot with 12 people and are actively working to expand to the 150 person stage trial. There will be a 3 day conference during autumn equinox. I'm pushing DAO powered governance and ownership.
