This is the language we use to define people.

• Regular a regular person attending an event.
• Sponsor has a sponsor ticket
• VIP someone important, invited guests, speakers, all VIP's will have a note etc.
• Manager person with authority over the event (can approve on-site registrations)
• Crew person helping with the event.

Staff refers to managers and crew combined.

This is the language we use to define ticket status.

• Expected attendee is either confirmed or still unconfirmed
• Showed Up attendee has arrived at the event
• On Site attendee is in the venue
• Off Site attendee is out of the venue
• Confirmed attendee has confirmed they are attending via retain
• Unconfirmed attendee has not confirmed they are attending via retain
• Cancelled attendee has cancelled their ticket via retain
