Up

1. Open the Issues page for the project
2. Filter for the tickets you want to edit
3. Click the ... button in the top right
4. Click "Bulk Change all x Issue(s)"
5. Click the box at the top of the checkbox list to select all (can also select only specific ones here)
6. Click Next
7. Select Edit Issues
8. Click Next
9. Set changes
10. Click Next
11. Click Confirm
