Up

1. Right-click and drag the file to the desktop
2. Select Create Shortcut Here from the menu that appears
3. Right-click on the shortcut and select Properties
4. In the Target field, add "explorer " to the beginning (outside any quotes)
5. Click Apply
6. Click Change Icon
7. In the "Look for icons in this file" field, enter imageres.dll
8. Select the icon you want
9. Click Okay
10. Edit the shortcut name if you like
11. Click Okay
12. Right-click on the shortcut and select Pin to Start
13. Delete the shortcut on the desktop
