What we need is a web app that:

• has a list of feeds
• collects feeds directly or via http://superfeedr.com/ (pubsubhub, xmpp)
• can tag/share posts
• generates its own atom for taged/shared posts
• works offline
• Mobile app
• stores in CouchDB (and we automatically get a _changes feed)
• pushes back to SuperFeedr?
