What needs to be backed-up before reinstalling Android

  • wifi passwords (/data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf)
  • application list (fdroidcl search -i -q)
  • app settings
  • sms/call log (sms backup+)
  • TOTPs (/data/data/org.fedorahosted.freeotp/shared_prefs/tokens.xml)
  • ConnectBot - ssh keys
  • k9mail settings
  • converastion
  • riot

Ideally all (or most) of these would be backed-up directly to owncloud
