To use this package you need:
1. ROS installation
This package is tested on Kinetic Kame.
2. UP kernel
Just follow this guide, it enables upboard ppa.
3. UP board extras and permissions
Install upboard-extras and setup permissions following this steps.
4. MRAA
Install MRAA libraries, so open a terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mraa/mraa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install mraa-tools mraa-examples libmraa1 libmraa-dev libupm-dev libupm1 upm-examples
sudo apt-get install python-mraa python3-mraa node-mraa libmraa-java
Note
This package should work on ROS Melodic on Ubuntu 18.04, too.
