A bardic college with influence in Pertith, Caladan and Red Cliff. The heralds were started by nobles seeking to pull suspicious and superstitious peasantry out of barbaric manners, effectively civilizing them. They still hold true to this goal by roaming the wild lands in search of barbarian tribes to educate. As there are fewer barbarians now than ever, the Heralds now act as keepers of news who often bend the truth of events to de-escalate tensions between city states.
