Gymir was a hermit who lived deep in the mountains in the Spine of the World, keeping dozens of dogs as his faithful companions. One day, his beloved dog Mogar went missing. For years he searched far and wide for Mogar until he found his tracks leading deep into the earth. He wandered the underworld for a month before reuniting with Mogar. His happiness overwhelmed him and he hugged Mogar with all his might. Mogar reveal himself to be an embodiment of Og and showed him the way to the gods.
