Group of people that believe that they can predict and influence the outcomes of certain events by interpreting the actions of prime and subprime mystics.

The prime mystic is one who goes about their life normally. The monks of this sect place items about them in their life as a way of asking questions and how the prime interacts with those items determines the answers to those questions. The monks never speak directly to or interact with the prime, as those aware of their mystical interference produce tainted and unreliable prophecies. In the order, there is only one prime who is selected early in life based on their level of mystical interference.

Subprime mystics also exist and are simply people found later in life to have a high level of mystical interference. Monks of the order are allowed to interact, help, assist and alter their actions but remain watchful for certain things that can spell out the most righteous path forward. Subprime mystics are allowed to know their place but it's considered better if they do not.
