If you are using a hosting service such as BisectHosting then chances are that your server will be automatically updated. It is recommended to use BisectHosting as your main server solution. If you havent already done so, go to - https://www.bisecthosting.com/gamerpotion and then select your plan, making sure to use the code 'gamerpotion' to get 25% off.

Always make sure to update your modpack to the version of the server you are running.

Note: If your server hosting service has updated your server files automatically and you want to carry on playing an older version of the pack, simply raise a ticket with your server host's customer service team to downgrade your files. Always check with your server hosts first.

If you are uploading your own files to a server or hosting yourself or running a local server then use the following steps below to update it.

Obtain the latest server pack from - https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/darkrpg/files (this will be a 200+ mb file)

First Delete the following folders from the existing server, then Copy the following folders from the serverpack into your existing server folder:-

config

mods

(make sure to delete these folders from your previous server folder or old outdated mods will get left over)

You can now restart the server. Make sure to run the same version of the modpack as the latest serverpack files.

If upgrading from versions for example 1.19.2 to 1.19.3 then the Fabric version may change. In this case overwrite all the files form the serverpack file onto your existing server.
