The Private Message Manager admin control panel allows administrators to view the private messages in a user's sent folder and to remove these messages from all users' mailboxes in case the administrator identifies it as SPAM. This control panel can be accessed from the forum's User Administration System (see action links at the bottom of the page).

Next to each private message is a control to allow the administrator to view or delete the particular private message.

Clear the "User alias" field and click on "Search" to see all private messages from all forum users.

Note: Administrators should respect their member's privacy and always keep private conversations private!
