Getting the boards made

There are two ways to fab the boards. First is you send the brd files or upload them with MacroFab and place the xyrs files from the original PolySync.

First Solution:

Macrofab tends to suggest substitutes for the parts (Murata, Kemet, etc) with the TurnKey inventory solutions. This works just fine and as long you can follow the standard of AEC or Auto SMD, then you're good to go. The prices can go vary depending on the availability and manufacturing the boards as solution. If you're confident with your soldering skills, you can do half placement with MacroFab for all the passive components and IC's then the relays and JP connectors, you can do yourself. This effort might cut down lead time from 30 days to 10-12 days. I highly suggest you let MacroFab do everything 💯

The second solution:

We do offer the solution for this. Contact @Tsai on our slack for details if you need help fabricating the solution and the harness for the Soul.
