Titan II(23)G (or Titan 23G) re-purposed parts harvested from decommissioned Titan II ICBMs. It served as medium-lift launch vehicle that carried payloads for USAF, NASA and NOAA. Modified Titan II SLVs were launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base up until 2003, with the final launch taking place nearly 42 years after the first Titan II missile test.
The famous Gemini Launch Vehicle was manufactured specifically for the manned space programme and were near copies of the Titan ICBM, albeit with a number of innovations to improve safety and reliability for manned space flight.
For an historically accurate Gemini-Titan, build the Gemini spacecraft and then rotate it 90 degrees so the top is on the VAB door side. Then build the Titan GLV normally under it. During the launch phase use the "Launch" control point and on reaching orbit switch to the "Flight" control point and roll to heads up or whatever attitude you desire.
