Ground Hornbills are large birds endemic to Africa. They were added in the 1.6.0 update.

Behavior

Movement

Ground hornbills walk randomly and cannot fly. They will swim when in contact with water. Being diurnal, they sleep at night.

Breeding

Ground hornbills can be bred using mealworms. Baby ground hornbills will follow their parents. Females lay 1 egg, and each egg has a 50% chance of hatching.

Spawning

Ground hornbills spawn in savannahs in groups of 2-6. Their default spawn weight is 20.
