In the conversation input field, enter a clear and specific question. For example:

Joule will process your query and return concise, reliable answers supported by SAP reference materials.
2. Review SAP Joule Responses
- Responses are powered by SAP’s curated knowledge base.
- Each answer includes contextual information and source references to help you explore topics in more depth.
3. Manage Conversations
- Conversations automatically expire after 8 hours of inactivity.
- When a conversation expires, you’ll receive a notification and can start a new one from the interface.
4. Provide Feedback (Optional)

- This feedback is anonymous and helps improve Joule’s accuracy and relevance over time.
