SAP Joule is an AI assistant built directly into business applications. It helps you get answers and complete tasks by understanding your questions in plain language and using your company's own data to provide relevant insights and automate processes.
Joule is a digital assistant that helps you work with your SAP applications using natural language.

Open Joule
- Click the Joule spark icon in your SAP application header
- A welcome screen with a chat panel will open

Ask Questions
- Type your question in the box that says "Write a reply..."
- Press Enter or click Send
- Joule will then respond to your question
- You can also click one of Joule's suggested actions

Conversation Expiration
Your chat will automatically end after 8 hours of inactivity. To start a new chat, select the New Conversation button in the notification you receive
