Before you begin
Target users: SAP administrator, customer tenant administrator
Summary
The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) destination name mapped from SAP is required to connect between Joule and the remote service or API in the target business tenant.
Updates are reflected in Joule conversations that are started after the updates, and are not applicable for conversations that were started before the updates.
Prerequisites
- Rights:
tenant_admin - The SAP solution that is integrated with Joule allows customization of the destination mapping.
Steps
- Open joule_assistant > System Alias
- Select Edit.
- In the drop-down menu under Custom Destination, select the new destination.
- Select Save.
Result
Once the changes are successfully updated for the Joule assistant, the changes are reflected in the Admin Center as well.
