Limitations for Joule with Microsoft 365 Copilot

Overview
This section explains what types of content may not display fully when using Joule through Microsoft 365 Copilot. It helps you understand when you will need to switch to the Joule web client to see complete information.
Current Limitations
| Limitation | What You Will See | What You Can Do |

| Chat Post Size | Limited to approximately 28 KB per post | For longer responses, use the Joule web client. |
| Lists and Tables | Only the first 10 items are displayed | A message will direct you to Joule for the complete list. |
| SAP Icons | Icons from SAP are not displayed | You will see placeholder text or alternative formatting. |
| Image Formats | Only PNG and JPEG images can be shown in Teams | SVG images will not be visible. |
| Media Files | Adaptive Cards only support files from SharePoint or OneDrive | Upload media to these services before using in cards. |
| Card Actions | Limited to a maximum of 6 actions per card | Cards with more actions will not display all options. |
| Advanced Cards | Analytical and calendar cards cannot be displayed | Use the Joule web client to view this content. |
