You should be able to exchange brands between two different (and accesible) sites using Perfect WooCommerce Brands.

1. Go to Products > Brands in the origin site and click on the "Export brands" button. Save the generated file in your computer.
2. Go to Products > Brands in the destination site and click "Import brands". Select your "brands.json" file and the import will start automatically.
