World > Fullbright is the good old Xray full-brightness mode. Lights up every block as if it was lit by level 15 light. Everything's lit. Literally.

.fullbright enabled <0/1>

.fullbright gamma <0.1-16> - default gamma to revert to when the mod is disabled (16 = fullbright setting)

Replaces in-game setting completely with gamma option.
