Scope and Drivers - tpximpact/f4-fsa-field-ops-discoveries-overview GitHub Wiki

Context

Discovery work has been undertaken across a wide range of areas within Field Operations and the surrounding processes. In parallel with this, the Operations Transformation team have been investigating ways of transforming the service.

  • Alignment of plans with the Operations Transformation team
  • A prioritised set of next steps to be progressed and/or invested in
  • A legacy apps overlay of the Service Overview to inform the service design and help the FSA move off the legacy estate
