  • Compliment is to praise (or, if used as a noun, a piece of praise). Complement is to complete or enhance something.
  • Myself is best used “reflexively", where "I" is the subject of the sentence and you’re describing something that you do to yourself ("I’m going to stop subjecting myself to this article"). Or as intensifier ("I've made that mistake myself.").
