A "Fast Read" is for busy people who don't have time for all the blah blah blah. They want the bottom line. "Just tell me what you want me to do."

But sometimes they do have time, so the blah blah blah should be available.

A Fast Read should be structured similar a Long Email:

• Actions requested first.
• Conclusions second.
• Gory details available on-demand. This is where you give all the supporting material to persuade the reader to your point of view.

Unlike a long email, a Wiki-based "Fast Read" should put the gory details on separate pages (with links), rather than putting them on the same page. You want a Fast Read to be a single screen, if possible.
