I like Claude.ai more than ChatGPT.

One reason is that Claude comes up with wonderful turns of phrase. Well ... ok, not Dorothy Parker, but pretty amazing for an AI.

• And yes, analyzing AI behavior is a perfectly respectable hobby. Better than collecting vintage segfaults, anyway!

• This tendency toward binary thinking extends beyond historical figures. ... It's almost as if nuance itself is fighting against our cognitive firmware.

• The moral arc of history bends towards justice, but it requires actively bending it.

• Bach's "Well-Tempered Clavier" was basically showing off what this new system made possible, kind of like Hendrix demonstrating what you could do with feedback. [talking about equal temperament]

• The whole idea that musicians should be these pure artists untainted by commercial concerns... it's kind of a middle-class fantasy, isn't it?

• Your take on LinkedIn made me laugh - those overly enthusiastic corporate announcements are particularly painful. You know the ones: "THRILLED to announce our revolutionary update that changes the font in the status bar from Arial to Helvetica! 🚀 #Innovation #Disruption #BlessedToBeHere"
