Work programme

  • Implement workflows for priority content: blogs, posts, conference, FSCI (aug 2022)
  • Add template and create library of artwork for members and organizers to use
  • Implement workflows for organisation content: forms, info pages, adding new sections, promotional content, creating campaigns, etc
  • Implement information on branding and CI, logos, palettes, font use, etc
  • Implement information and add resource for artwork creation, including graphics, site sections, headers, heros, etc
  • Implement workflow for Web Editor / web editor team: workflows, duties, tasks, dashboard
  • Create site dashboard for FORCE11 organisers
  • Implement CRM and Membership systems (Possible alternative needed to CiviCRM as compatibily issues with Wordpress and Siteground ISP systems. Need FLOSS alternative or Wordpress FLOSS compatible))
  • Develop and implement groups systems (needs development as all available options are of poor quality)
