Process for FORCE11 Committees to work with the website - force11/website GitHub Wiki

This is a working document started Dec 2021 - by the Web Committee.

Process ouline:

1. Develop priorities and plan for working with the website - see this guide example for Groups Dec '21.
2. Create 'work packages'. Each work package has a small number of goals. The goals are then organised into tasks using GitHub 'Projects' and 'Issues'. If a private workspace is needed then GitLab can be used. See the example for the Conference here:
   1. Wiki page for all Conference work packages
   2. Project Kanban board for all work package tasks
   3. Tasks listed in GitHub issues by labels, e.g., #conference #wp1
