Upload QSO - foldynl/QLog GitHub Wiki
The Upload QSOs function uploads selected QSOs to the chosen online services. QLog uploads all QSOs for selected callsign and locator or for selected Station profile that have not yet been uploaded and all QSOs that have been modified since the last upload (exclude eQSL and LoTW).
If the selected service requires additional configuration QLog will display additional settings directly in the dialog.
After a successful upload, the status of each QSO is updated accordingly to reflect that it has been uploaded.
It is also possible to send QSOs that are currently marked as "do not send" or "ignore". By selecting Included QSO with Sent Status
= No
/Ignore
, these QSOs will be sent. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to use this option, but some log applications, including earlier versions of QLog (up to v0.19), may have mistakenly marked the Sent status.

For successful uploading to LoTW it is necessary to have the TQSL utility installed and define a correct path in File
→ Setting
→ Sync & QSL
→ TQSL Path
(the utility is executed by QLog during the upload process).

In the service settings, it is possible to define multiple API keys for each callsign. These API keys are automatically selected based on the station callsign first. If the station callsign is not available in the QSO record, QLog then tries to use the operator callsign. If neither callsign is present or matched, the default API key is used.
This mechanism allows users to manage multiple callsigns (such as personal, portable, or club callsigns) and ensures that the correct credentials are applied during upload.

The current My Callsign value is used as the upload callsign to Clublog.
Real-time upload can be enabled in Settings
→ Sync & QSL
→Clublog
. The current station callsign is used as the upload callsign. Real-Time upload currently support Add
, Update
and Delete
QSOs with following limitations:
- Operation
Add
- no limitation, every added QSO is sent to Clublog if QLog is online and has a connection to Clublog; - Operation batch
Update
- it does not send updated QSOs to Clublog due to Clublog Interface restrictions; - Operation single
Update
(edited via QSO Detail dialog) - no limitation, updated QSO is sent to Clublog if QLog has a connection to Clublog; - Operation
Delete
- The delete operation is synchronised with Clublog only if the number of deleted records does not exceed 5. If there are more records to be deleted, then due to Clublog restrictions, this request is not sent to clublog, but is executed in QLog.
Keep in mind that real-time upload is not 100% reliable due to various restrictions from the Clublog site. Therefore, Clublog itself recommends uploading all QSOs to Clublog one at a time. For this purpose, use the Clear Clublog and reupload QSOs
option. This option deletes all QSOs in the Clublog log and based on the filter, it uploads all QSOs regardless of their status.
It is also possible to upload QSOs that are currently marked as "do not upload". In this case, by selecting "Included QSO with Upload Status" = No, these QSOs will be uploaded. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to use this option, but some log applications (and QLog up to version v0.19) mistakenly set Upload status.
