The Download QSLs function only retrieves the confirmation status of QSOs from particular services (i.e., whether a QSL card has been received or not).

eQSL

Settings: File → Setting→ Sync & QSL→ eQSL

eQSL images can be downloaded manually from the Main Window by double-clicking the eQSL Rcvd field, as shown in the figure below.

The image will be downloaded and displayed only if the value of the eQSL Rcvd field is Y (Yes).

LoTW

Settings: File → Setting→ Sync & QSL→ LoTW

Only QSL Status is downloaded.

LoTW DXCC Credits

LoTW DXCC credits are imported by a separate service action: Service → Download LoTW DXCC Credits.

This function downloads granted DXCC award credits from LoTW and updates the matching QSOs in QLog. It is different from the normal Download QSLs function, which downloads only QSL received status.

Before the download starts, QLog asks for the local My DXCC Entity. The selected entity is sent to LoTW so that credits are downloaded for the correct local DXCC entity.

After the download, QLog imports the LoTW DXCC credit data and updates the credit_granted field of matching QSOs. The result is shown in an import summary.

This import does not need to be run after every QSO. It is better to run it from time to time, for example after LoTW credits are granted or before preparing a DXCC submission. The import can process and update many QSOs, so it may take longer on large logs.
