Green color means confirmed record, yellow means worked record.

Most awards are calculated for the selected My DXCC Entity. This means through all the callsigns from the given DXCC entity in the log. Some awards, such as county and district awards, do not use My DXCC Entity.

The result can be limited by:

  • User Filter
  • Confirmation source: LoTW, eQSL, Paper
  • Mode group: CW, Phone, Digi
  • Not-Worked Only
  • Not-Confirmed Only

The Rules button opens award rules in the default web browser when QLog knows the rules URL for the selected award.

QSOs related to particular row or cell can be shown by double-clicking it. The selection is then displayed in the Main Window using the appropriate filters. This selection is only temporary in the Main Window. If the Awards window is closed, the filters in the Main Window will return to the original selection.

County and District Awards

The data is taken from the County (CNTY) ADIF field of each QSO record for county and district awards.

Award Coverage
US Counties Counties of the contiguous USA, Alaska, and Hawaii
Russian Districts Districts of European Russia, Asiatic Russia, Kaliningrad and associated entities
Japanese Cities/Ku/Guns Cities, special wards (ku) and rural districts (gun) of Japan
NZ Counties Counties of New Zealand
Spanish DMEs Municipalities (Diplomas de Municipios Españoles) of Spain and its territories
Ukrainian Districts Districts of Ukraine

The County field must be filled in the QSO record for the contact to be counted. This field can be set manually in the QSO-Detail dialog or populated automatically when data is received from a callbook.

Other Regional Awards

Award Coverage
WAIP Italian provinces. Data is taken from the State ADIF field.
WAAC African DXCC entities.

DXCC Submission List

This feature directly follows the Awards overview and represents the next practical step; preparing contacts for an actual DXCC submission.

The (LogbookDXCC Submission List) dialog allows to identify QSOs relevant for a DXCC application. The primary parameter is My DXCC Entity, which defines from which entity the contacts are evaluated. This follows the same principle as the Awards window; all callsigns belonging to the selected entity are included.

Granted DXCC credits can be imported from LoTW by using ServiceDownload LoTW DXCC Credits. Imported credits update matching QSOs and are then used by the submission list.

Filtering can be further refined using:

  • User Filter – limits the selection to a specific subset of the log
  • Category (Mixed / CW / Phone / Digital) – corresponds to DXCC award categories
  • Confirmation method (LoTW / Paper) – restricts QSOs based on how they are confirmed
  • Record status:
    • Not Yet Submitted
    • Submitted (Not Granted)
    • Already Granted

This enables clear separation of:

  • new entities ready for submission
  • already submitted but not yet granted entries
  • entities that have already been credited

Additional control is provided through Band Scope and explicit band selection.

The result is a dynamically updated table showing all matching QSOs in a read-only form.
