google 回复：For future reference, when a test is found to be faulty a waiver is only granted once a fix has been proposed, uploaded to AOSP for review. It must receive at least +1 from a Android engineer. This time you are in luck and somebody has already done this, so there is already a wavier in place. However, it would better if you can investigate and explain why a test has failed in future.
