To update the ground truth file (groundtruth.npz)
- run the function
create()fromcaiman.tests.comparison.create_gt - Copy the newly created
groundtruth.npzfile tocaiman/testdata.
To update the ground truth file (groundtruth.npz)
create() from caiman.tests.comparison.create_gtgroundtruth.npz file to caiman/testdata.
