Working but acting weird - fishyboteso/fishyboteso GitHub Wiki
- You have been logged into discord notifications and fishy will not start fishing, repeatedly prints "Hole depleted", "Fishing interrupted" and/or gives an error popup to have a look at #read-me-first? Try to logout, restart fishy and login again.
- Fishy suddenly became slow for no obvious reason and reinstalling does not work? Backup and Delete the config file (by default in
C:\Users\<User>\Documents\fishy_config.json
) Losing the config file might lead to loosing the fishes count in the leaderboards. Make sure you have linked your discord id with fishy by logging in fishy via discord.
- Fishy froze and you closed the window but it seems to still draw performance? Maybe there is a rogue subprocess still alive. Kill all python processes from taskmanager. This is a known issue but takes us more time to fix properly.
- If fishy is not working sometimes, or some states do not work, or fishy is stopping after the first fish, reset the FishyQR Add-On to defaults.
- Fishy is playing a beeping noise on certain user interaction. If you find this too loud you can reduce fishy volume from your windows mixer. Right click the Volume icon and Open Volume Mixer:
