Cofunction assignment is working for solve(Eq=Cofunction) and for Variational solvers. See Cofunction identity.

DD - Petsc issues MacOS

Petsc upstream fixed the MasOS issues related to CHACO and Openblas. However, firedrake install fails for petsc4py installation.

CW: This is hard. See my previous attempt at landing Cython 3. Ideally numpy 2.0 gets released first and this is really close to happening (matter of weeks).

DH: We build numpy. Can we attempt to use release candidate?
