Expeditions should be documented in detail in the events module, but will also exist as a Collaboration record in Parties where the word “Expedition” should appear in the ColCollaborationName field. The Parties record can then be attached to the corresponding Events record with role Expedition or elsewhere as needed.

The NamRoles_tab field is a useful way to give context to a record. For example "Fishes Collector". It should not be used for a person's job title(s) or position(s) for this information use the Associations tab and associate it with to an organization.
