Current Action Items

Everyone

• Everyone will send info to Gabe on how much they plan on charging the grant. - nobody has done this

Bill

• Send docdb login info

Brian

• Brian will make a Redmine project to store controls code. (Firewall issue)
• Brian will add doc with list of potential inputs for datalogger
• Brian will make a datalogger to scrape and store (ACNET thing) (name is .ML) - /coordinate with Jason/
• Brian will make sure we can save this long term (lifetime of LDRD)

Gabe

• Gabe will get the budget code from William Wester
• Gabe will make a GitHub organization to manage ML code repositories.
• Gabe will send some simple RL examples around.

Jason

• Jason will begin collating all the available dataloggers and start to collect a dataset that might be part of training. He will also circulate the list of loggers to everyone for comments. - /coordinate with Brian/

Javier

Kiyomi

• Kiyomi(?) will make sure we begin logging I-min.

Nhan

• Nhan will port a simple ML4HLS example to Altera.
• Nhan will give Brian, Bill, and Kiyomi accounts on his FPGA test machine.

• Gabe will submit a request for an acceleratorAI project on the Wilson Cluster - /done/
• Nhan and Brian will arrange a meeting and begin to discuss pros and cons of board technology choice - Xilinx or Altera - /done/
