Dressing

1/4 cup Fish Sauce 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 cup Sriracha or red chili paste 1/4 cup water 1/8 cup Lime Juice

Salad

Leafy greens of your choice, or sliced cabbage Shredded carrots Sliced cucumbers Cilantro, leaves on stems Mint, leaves on stems Thai Basil, leaves on stems Peanuts, crushed and toasted Mung Bean Sprouts Red Onion, sliced Jalapeno, chopped

Beef

It's important to serve this beef as raw as possible, so choose a quality tender cut with little fat, or fine marbling. Flat iron or sirloin are perfect. Sear the outside, cooking inside raw to rare.

Serve

You might combine greens (or cabbage), carrots, and cucumbers. Leave the remaining plants as condiments for people to throw onto their salad to suit their tastes. Put thinly sliced beef on top of the plants, sprinkle peanuts on top, and pour on the dressing.
