Retain the same URL and filename for their images/documents they will need to:

1. Choose the file they want to replace, the file must be of the same name.
2. Click Save. Now the document/image will have random numbers appended to the name
3. Go back into the same document/image resource again and choose the file to replace, the file must be of the same name.
4. Click Save. This will rename the file back to what its original.
