I will be working on the software aspect of the project, this includes handling the web dashboard and the dead reckoning model. The GPS and RSSI ranging information will be received at the gateway and put through a dead reckoning model which will use a Kalman filter. Then the results of the Kalman filter will be uploaded to a web dashboard where the location of a person can be seen.

Fletcher Busiko

I will be working on integrating the hardware together, such as wiring and writing the firmware for the GPS and LoraWan radio module. This includes retrieving the GPS information from the radio module via I2C, and sending it to the LoraWan over SPI, which will be sent to the gateway via radio transmissions. The information from the other end will then be used in the dead reckoning model (managed by Nick).
