Faveo can be integrated with any email via POP/IMAP for incoming emails and for out going via SMTP. Faveo also supports third party transactional email service like Sendmail, Mandrill and Mailgun

To add a new email address go to Admin Panel >> Email >> Emails

Screen Details:

• Incoming, Outgoing email settings can be put here.
• An email address can be attached to a department, any email coming on this email will belong to this department.

For using Gmail or Google G Suite do follow this article and lower the security or else strengthen your server security to make it work with Gmail https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en

This step should be followed as soon as Faveo is installed and cron job is set. Not following this step will not allow system to send or receive emails.
