Using a modded system ROMs may be extracted from the PS1 Classics

ROM Extraction Instructions

1. Mod your PS3 or PSP

2. Copy the EBOOT.PBP from the PS1 Classic to your PC

3. Download the psxtract-2 program from here https://github.com/has207/psxtract-2/releases

4. Run the program in the terminal, specifying the location of your EBOOT.PBP. Use the -c option if you would like to clean up temporary files.
