When PR get merged into fabric8-tenant-jenkins repository following course of action get executed through the automated release process

1. Release a new version of fabric8-tenant-jenkins : jenkins job
2. Update the fabirc8-tenant with a new fabric8-tenant-jenkins version : jenkins job
3. Update the fabric8-jenkins-platform with a new fabric8-tenant version and release artifacts to maven central : jenkins job
