As according to our need statement our team was provided with a task of building a prototype model of cup crushing machine. Our model mainly Works on the crank-slider mechanism where a piston(Made up of wood) is connected to the DC motor with the help of crank(Made up of hollow aluminium rod) which is further connected to the Relay of 2 channel and an 12v adapter for external power supply. In the further part the Aurdino mega microcontroller is directly connected to the Ultrasonic Sensor and a LCD Screen which helps in Displaying of number of cups crushed.Once the Sensor receives the signal the whole mechanism begins to work(working part) and the cups are deformed and despensed.
