Exporting Rules from Pandora to Database - experianplc/experian-data-studio-connector-mulesoft GitHub Wiki

Exporting Rules

Due to a limitation in Anypoint Studio with handling ODBC connections, it's necessary that you export the Rules view in Pandora to a table of your choice via Pandora's built in exporting functionality.

Step One

Before you begin this you will want to export your Rules view to a table.

You'll first want to go to Data. image

Once you're on Data you then should click on Rules. image

Select all of the Hidden Columns and move them to Visible Columns using the Drilldown Manager image

Once you've re-run your query (via Run Query) you will want to select Actions for this Drilldown and go to Save As -> Drilldown where you'll see the following prompt.

Create an export definition and press OK.

Once you click Save you will be prompted to map the Target Columns with the Source Columns. This is the screen that you will be shown.

Once you've finished mapping the items press OK.

Set triggers to Auto Export and Auto Save, as shown below:

Finally, go to Drilldowns, and right click on Rules and select Export to populate the database for the first time. After this manual population, changes will be automatically reflected.
