Standard outputs for dosbox versions unless otherwise required:

• Vanilla = Overlay
• ECE = Overlay
• ECE with display=vgaonly = Openglnb
• ECE 3DFX Software = Openglnb
• ECE 3DFX Hardware = Overlay
• ECE PP = OpenglPP
• Dosbox-X = Openglnb
• Daum = Direct3d, also to swap disc it uses ctrl-f3 instead of ctrl-f4 so user notes will need to keep this in mind
