This startup stage journey is believe to be created by Cheryl, the founding CEO of MaGIC in year 2004. I had recreated this in Google Doc as the original source is lost. Lean startup is a methodology for developing businesses and products that aims to shorten product development cycles and rapidly discover if a proposed business model is viable; this is achieved by adopting a combination of business-hypothesis-driven experimentation, iterative product releases, and validated learning.

Product/market fit means being in a good market with a product that can satisfy that market.” Many people interpret PMF as creating a so called minimum viable product that addresses and solves a problem or need that exists.
Measuring it:
- Do your Customers Recommend you to Friends?
- Do customers care if your company died tomorrow?
- How Many Customers Leave & How Soon?
Traction means having a measurable set of customers or users that serves to prove to a potential investor that your startup is "going places" and it is enough to approach potential investors.
MaGIC Startup journey is not the only one defacto path. Different school has different thought on this and all have very interesting published path that you may like to study and refer to.
